Educational Leadership (Postgraduate Diploma) - Full Time - Course Map

Each module taken by a student has a credit value (measured in Credit Accumulation and Transfer [CAT] points). Approximately 10 hours of total study time is required per CAT credit. A full-time year is equivalent to 180 CATs for students on a Postgraduate course.
To achieve a postgraduate award a student must accumulate a particular number of CATs at Level 7 as illustrated below:
Postgraduate Diploma: 120 CATs

Level 7 Notes:Postgraduate Diploma: If you began with EDM 401 and EDM 432, the recommendation is to now take EDM 426 and 427. However, if you began with EDM 426 and 427, you must take EDM 401 and 432 as they become compulsory at this stage. Alternative options for the postgraduate diploma are: EDM430 and EDM437, or EDM460 and EDM437Alternative options for the postgraduate diploma are: EDM 430 and EDM 437 or EDM 460 and 437 A ‘standalone’ version of EDM 437 will be available for students who require 30 more credits in order to complete their award |
