Brief Description | This workplace module builds on YSP133. Learners will be required to demonstrate the ability to use the approaches to planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating their practice with young people appropriate to their specialism. This may be in a role in which they are supporting a professionally qualified worker. They will also need to demonstrate partnership working with other organisations and young people. Competence is demonstrated against selected National Occupational Standards and will be supported in practice by a Fieldwork Supervisor. |
