Brief Description | This workplace module builds on YIP233. Learners will be required to demonstrate the ability to take a leadership initiative in a workplace for young people and to demonstrate application of theory and practice wisdom to their workplace role. Competence is demonstrated against selected National Occupational Standards and will be supported in practice by a Fieldwork Supervisor. |
