Brief Description | This module provides the underpinning knowledge and experience for students to engage in the evaluation of ‘real world’ sports development projects and to critically reflect on their learning. Reflecting on their experiences as individuals and group members, and on data collected during SPV202 Sports Development Planning and Experience, students deliver a review of their work that informs their peers at Level II. Building on an analysis and critique of business and sports evaluation models, students engage in the evaluation of proposals for sports development projects. |
Indicative Syllabus | The module focuses on the concepts of reflective learning, mentoring and evaluation, investigating a number of models for evaluation, which underpin the evaluation of sports development projects.
