Brief Description | This module will allow the student to complete a research project, which will address a sport science challenge. The research project may be a pilot study for the dissertation. The module will offer ideal preparation for the student intending to complete a dissertation (SPS333). |
Indicative Syllabus | The module content will include the various aspects of undertaking independent study including: completing a literature review; study design, data collection, data analysis, synthesis of findings; and evaluation of the research process. The module will enable the student to complete a final research report. |
