Brief Description | An understanding of the biomechanical principles underpinning human movement is a basic requirement for the coach / teacher, performer, and sport and exercise scientist. This module will develop synthesis and application of concepts relating to human movement. |
Indicative Syllabus | The module content includes: muscle mechanics; electromyography; isokinetic dynamometry; 2-dimensional kinematic analysis; projectile motion; and transfer of momentum. |
