Brief Description

This module aims to develop the employability skills concepts introduced at level one. Students will be encouraged to actively engage with independent learning in the workplace advancing their knowledge, experience, expertise and skills within their chosen career path of the sports industry through experiential learning and reflection.

All work placements are monitored by the sports placement office. Students have two options in identifying relevant placements. The first option is to see one of the placement office staff who will inform students of current placement opportunities available. The second option allows students to suggest a provider who they already have a link with. The placement office will then follow the relevant procedures to ensure the placement complies with University requirements.
