Brief Description | This module aims to provide students with an introduction to the area of health and fitness. Students will be encouraged to analyse the relationship between exercise, physical activity, health and fitness, along with the key components of health-related and skill-related fitness. The module will go on to examine the expanding and changing role of the fitness industry. |
