Brief Description | This module covers two main themes. First, it explores the motivations for change within organisations, and how effective change may be managed, covering both hard and soft systems models. Second, it considers theory and applications in the areas of employee relations, considering challenges such as motivation, conflict, power, diversity, bullying and harassment. Case studies are used to highlight the role of the psychologist in contributing to the development of successful organisations. |
