Brief Description | This module focuses on the role of biopsychosocial factors in occupational and organisational health. It considers several important current issues in the workplace which challenge the occupational psychologist, including human-machine interaction, design of environments, occupational health and safety, stress and violence at work. Case studies drawing on staff research and consultancy expertise are used to explore risk assessment, risk management and organisational intervention strategies. |
