Brief Description | This module brings together radio production skills and knowledge into the context of live broadcasting. Emphasis will be placed on team working to produce a live broadcast to professional standards. |
Indicative Syllabus | This module brings production skills acquired in earlier modules into the context of live broadcasting. It begins with a series of seminars & practical sessions to familiarise students with the live broadcast environment and its specific demands. Students will work in teams to devise, plan, market & produce a live broadcast aimed at a specified audience. Students will be expected to demonstrate professional standards in all elements of the planning and execution of an engaging broadcast. Support will be provided in regular tutorials. |
