Brief Description | Based on the experiences gained at levels four and five, students will write, record, produce, edit and master a series of four pieces of music. |
Indicative Syllabus | Students EITHER individually OR in groups no larger than four will write, produce and master individual pieces of music and/or sound for four projects to a professional standard, showcasing their technical skills gained over the course of the degree. Each piece must be at a professional standard of production, and where appropriate must adhere to the agreed briefs set at the beginning of the module. Time constraints, pre-production and planning, booking of studio time, equipment and session musicians will be expected to be built in as an assessable part of the module. |
