Brief Description | This module will consider certain aspects of arrangements between persons in different jurisdictions who wish to co-operate in the carrying on of business internationally. The focus will be on some of the key issues likely to be encountered by persons wishing to enter into such arrangements for international business co-operation. This will involve consideration of issues such as choice of an appropriate legal structure, choice of law and settlement of disputes. |
