Brief Description | This module highlights the development of international destinations in the context of globalisation and the interrelationship between local and global decision-making processes. It aims to develop an understanding of the diversity of destination management models, including issues of contemporary hotel and resort management and development, and the challenges faced by destination managers of responding to a constantly shifting global politico- economic environment. |
