Brief Description | This module is designed to offer students the opportunity to experience an extended visit in the company of other students and relevant staff to a city or area of historic significance in the study of the humanities. |
Indicative Syllabus | The module will comprise the following: Students will undertake preliminary research that introduces the location to be visited and its historical, cultural and intellectual significance. Students will be provided with a course booklet that gives reading and preliminary study material on all the places visited. A University VLE site will be developed to support this preliminary research.
