Brief Description | This is a workplace module in which learners will be required to demonstrate competences and the ability to practice reflectively in the context of the Negotiated Learning Agreement. Competences selected should match work roles, but are likely to include the core competences for the children's' workforce. |

Learning Outcomes | i. Knowledge and Understanding a) Critically apply the theory of children and young people's to practice ii. Skills a) In accordance with a negotiated learning agreement, demonstrate competence in practice when working with children and young people; |
