Brief Description | Globalization is forcing business operations managers to increasingly think on an international scale. This module builds upon previous study and explores how different organizations manage their operations strategically in a global environment. A specific range of key international operations management themes will be introduced including international outsourcing and logistics network planning. It will enable students to think systemically about fundamental processes and management skills involved in international operation. |
