Brief Description | Areas of particular personal interest within the disciplines of Fine Art activity are identified and pursued. Students are encouraged to challenge and re-evaluate the content, visual language and processes achieved to date in their individual studio work. |
Indicative Syllabus | - Students propose a programme of study to the module tutor(s). Students begin to develop a sustained and coherent working method, theme and language. Students participate in studio-based seminars, forums, group and individual tutorials and study visits. Students are encouraged to demonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to the development of their own practice, and to be adventurous in outlook. Sound technical practice and focused critical and contextual dialogue are emphasised. |
