Brief Description | This module provides students with the opportunity to practise and evaluate realistic decision-making in a simulated business environment, taking account of internal and external information. The implications of decisions on different functional areas of an organisation are evaluated. |
Indicative Syllabus | This is an integrative module, which is underpinned by business strategy. Students will also be required to evaluate the impact of decisions from an HRM, Marketing, Finance and Operations perspective. |
